A few useful things to know.
Do I need an account to follow the game?
No. Anyone with a visible shared game link can read its scoreboard and updates. Scoring, posting in chat, submitting media, and following a team require the appropriate signed-in account.
Does every game have live video?
No. Live scores and updates work on their own. A scorer can attach an existing YouTube broadcast. Streaming directly from an iPhone camera is not currently available.
Can I be alerted next time?
Follow the team from its game page and choose alerts. Alerts appear in My games & teams when its next game starts being scored. Device push also requires enabling notifications on a supported device.
Are these official results or athlete stats?
Live games are reporter-scored accounts of the game. Following a team does not grant coaching access or roster membership. Adding a game to an athlete’s history requires an authorized connection and explicitly recorded information.
